About the Wine:
This wine captivates with its deep and concentrated blend of dark fruit flavours. It is crafted from grapes grown organically in a single block vineyard near Williamstown and aged in 2-year-old French oak hogsheads. Whether enjoyed now or saved for a special occasion, this wine is a real treat. It's delicate yet structured style showcases notes of plum, spice, raspberry, black cherry, and dried herbs.
About the Producer:
Sigurd Wines is the brainchild of Daniel Graham, inspired by his great-grandfather's Nordic heritage. After gaining experience in various wine regions worldwide, he founded Sigurd Wines in 2012, focusing on organically grown grapes. Dan's winemaking philosophy revolves around minimal intervention, using indigenous yeasts and avoiding adjustments to acidity or tannins.
